NOTE: Anodized Randy URF-Fs are shipped with an installed, black serrated or dimpled LDFA, and these to should remain paired. Randy URF-F may (not all) have slight cosmetic anodizing blemishes and snug barrel nut threads, this would be a perfect beater upper if you don't care how it looks. Randy URF-F also comes installed with a matching single dimple, Randy EPC (ejection port cover). We QC every one, you may see the barrel nut threads slightly darkened, it's from the QC process. Note: though both the upper and EPC are 7075, they take anodizing a bit differently, the color of the upper and EPC will not be a perfect match.
For URF-F (Upper Receiver, FCD, Forged), there is but a single functional change we wanted which differs from the TDP spec forged upper receiver. Specifically, URF-F has relief cuts/chamfers on the area above the charging handle (before 1913 rails start) for better accessibility of a
flip up BUIS's sight stalk / flip up element.
URF-F is based on TDP spec forged upper receiver, it's made and modified for Forward Controls by Centurion Arms. Type 3 hard
coated in black (FDE to follow). Like TDP spec A3 upper receivers, URF-F can accommodate a forward assist, but does not come installed with one.
