Description
Colt TDP spec extractor spring and black insert assembly are the gold standard.
The springs are music wire, four coils with closed and ground ends, copper coated per TDP spec. MIL-PRF-6855 REV G elastomer extractor spring inserts are from Sprinco.
Be sure to place the flared side of the extractor spring and insert in the extractor, and seat it by pushing and turning clockwise per TM 9-1005-319-10, ash shown below.
