Description

GFE (Glock Frame Extension) is a billet aluminum extension for Gen 5 G17, 19, 45, 47 and 49 pistols. More commonly referred to as mag wells, we think of it as grip/frame extension for those with large hands, it serves to lengthen the grip's length for better ergonomics and weapon retention. The magazine well of gen 5 pistols is already effectively flared with a good sized opening, GFE opening is slightly larger but that's secondary, as its mission is to provide additional length to the frame.

A fringe benefit is GFE also protects the grip's opening, it's flared but rather thin at the edges.

GFE has well rounded cutouts on the bottom that work perfectly with our MFP-G

GFE is based on the Killer Innovation's Velocity mag well, and is a Killer Innovation and FCD collaboration.

GFE can be used with G17, 45 and 47, or G19 (both grip plug modules are included).

6061 billet, Type III anodized.

NOTE:

GFE is not compatible with Shield Arms magazine extensions.

GFE is not compatible with early Gen 5 with the half moon cutout in front, G19X, G19M, Glock and aftermarket grip backstrap panels.
