We don't know everything. What we do know, we know well. With age comes the realization and humility that the more we learn, the more we realize there's so much we don't know. For some of us, at any rate.
We welcome input and suggestions from users and dealers. Over the years, we have incorporated such improvements into existing products. With some products such as ABC/R v3, there's been 2 revisions since 2015. If we knew everything, we wouldn't have continued to make improvements. Products that have had no major revisions still receive incremental changes to make them better, this is the strength of low volume production, it allows for agility and expediency when we do product improvement programs.
That said, some opinions are borne of prejudice common with folks that believe they know everything, and refuse to hear or acknowledge even the possibility they could be wrong. We've had the pleasure of working with some of the best and brightest in the industry, it's worth noting that none of them exhibit this annoying arrogance.
If we got a taco for every "I know what I'm talking about, I'm an engineer", we could open up a Randy's Taco shop.
For you guys that know or have had to put up with one or more of these insufferable know it alls, here's their sign. We've never charged for magnets in the past, but we're making an exception for the time we've spent trying to talk sense to a rock.
